THEOPHILE lives in Rwanda with his wife and one child. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business information Technology and he is doing his second Bachelor’s Degree in Rural Development for improving his techniques for future use in country development. Theophile is working as a Field Staff in the Conservative Agriculture (CA) in the project of Food Security in TLC. He is also is a peer mediator facilitator.
