Francine has a passion for working with children and coordinates programs for the Children’s peace libraries. Francine is Rwandan-born and lives with her husband and three children in Kigali. She graduated in 2011 with a degree in Rural Development from University of Lay Adventists of Kigali. Before working at TLC, Francine worked with Rwanda Network of Religious Leaders Living with HIV and AIDS (RWANDERELA) as a field officer who worked with HIV and AIDS patients to help them learn to live a healthy normal life. Francine is a mediation facilitator and coordinates frequent Peer Mediation workshops for the students.
