Jean d’Amour is single, passionate about bringing change in the community. He studied in Environmental Studies with a focus in Rural Developmenta In addition, he has experience working in the field of mental health, conflict resolution and mediation, carrier guidance, policy advocacy, and social media. He works at TLC Rwanda as the Operation and Communications Officer where he is in charge of TLC social media, content development, and librarian. He is a highly motivated person with strong skills when it comes to digital marketing and project design, peace building. He works as a volunteer in TLC Rwanda.
